Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the philbeth website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the philbeth Platform.

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the philbeth Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all philbeth accounts:

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the philbeth Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: philbeth currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the philbeth cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. philbeth reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: philbeth aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• No Money Laundering: The philbeth Platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. philbeth complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the philbeth Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general principles apply across all philbeth games:

• All slot games and random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness and unpredictability.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philbeth Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing account restrictions or self-exclusion orders.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing philbeth staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the philbeth Platform — including but not limited to the philbeth name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of philbeth or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the philbeth Platform without prior written consent.
• Any unauthorized use of philbeth's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, philbeth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside philbeth's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

philbeth's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

philbeth reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a minor.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Responsible Gaming

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
